On Sunday, October 30th, 2004, BPC Dogs sponsored the Third Annual BPC Halloween Puppy Parade. The parade started at the Esplanade Plaza near the North Cove Marina and proceeded down the Esplanade to the south BPC dog run. Both humans and dogs had a great time. Here are the prize-winners
